Leadership and Educator Coaching

Empowering Educators at All Levels

Edufaith works with educators in a variety of areas because educators' roles are multifaceted. School districts offer great teacher and educational leader programs, however, individual coaching and support from your employer can be intimidating.  Edufaith consultation services provide coaching and support in requested target areas.

Our goals are to support teachers and leaders beyond the employer in a non-evaluative way model. With effective recommendations and strategies, collaborative meetings, and feedback to ensure that all educators are heard.

Testimonials

Lynn Wicker Head Shot.jpg

As a Superintendent, it was my pleasure to have Dr. Cotton on my district administrative team as the ESE Director.  I selected her for this position because she truly has a huge heart for students and their families.  Although she is an industry expert in compliance and policy implementation for special needs students, Dr. Cotton goes far beyond these requirements in her unmatched enthusiasm and “people first” approach.  I am a veteran educator with over 30 years in the field, and I’ve rarely seen the authenticity, dedication, and advocacy for the individual needs of students that Dr. Cotton consistently displays.  I’m thrilled to recommend her to anyone seeking consultation and support from this talented and values-driven educator!

Dr. Cotton is an amazing leader. As she piloted the special education program in a Metro Atlanta School District, I had the opportunity to work under her supervision for 3 years. She truly has a passion to help students with learning disabilities succeed. Dr. Cotton works extremely hard to provide teachers and staff with resources to ensure they are equipped with the tools for every scholar to excel. I truly do appreciate everything I have learned from Dr. Cotton.
